Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition.
  • Be returned in the original packaging.
  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not qualify for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund when appropriate.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly.

If you need an exchange, please contact our customer support team before returning your item.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, defective, or damaged item), Warm Fortune will cover the return shipping costs.

For returns requested for other reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.
